Certified Officers
The New Hampshire State Police provides certified officers from in-state and out-of-state a chance to join the ranks.
Lateral pay ranges from approximately $72,000 to $90,000, depending on the experience and education of the applicant. Certified officers that have at least two years of experience from a full-time law enforcement agency will have their 60-hour college requirement waived.
Note: Applicants accepted as laterals are not required to take the written test.
